The Compliment Project was a small tool that let people send a sincere compliment to someone else. It was created to make appreciation easier to express—not someday, but while the person could still receive it.

This original page tells the personal story that inspired the idea: an ordinary family lunch that became far more meaningful after my father passed away a few months later.
