So I think a lot of apps will just live inside your ChatGPT/Claude app.

  1. Instead of having your users go to your website to learn how to use your product, they will simply tell their AI they want to use your product.
  2. The AI will work as an intermediary (or assistant) helping you set up your account, and helping you navigate the product, without having to scroll through a website or fill forms (that will feel old-fashioned).
  3. Not all apps will be like this, for sure, you won't watch Netflix on ChatGPT.
  4. But you could for example do online shopping that way.
  5. Next time instead of going to amazon and scrolling endlessly trying to find that water bottle you really want among dozens of products that all look alike while excruciatingly analyzing product reviews, you could just tell the AI to do it for you.
  6. And the best part, you can do it in your language, or even with your voice, defining your own parameters: "I want this bottle with these characteristics and under this price, and it must arrive this week". 3 minutes later. Done. The AI found the bottle that matches those characteristics, it confirms you the price is fair, and as soon as you confirm the purchase, the bottle will be on your way. That's it. I think that's how it's going to be.
  7. That's why I'm building my first plugin.
  8. I took the time to collect all my health data and put it in a centralized place.
  9. It was lovely, I could ask endless questions about my health, or next steps.
  10. But to do so, I needed to use Codex on my computer.
  11. That was fine but then I couldn't replicate this product for people like my mom.
  12. My mom uses WhatsApp, Instagram and ChatGPT.
  13. Well, now SHE could access all her data through this plugin, ask questions about her health, ask her current meds, make changes, etc. ALL inside ChatGPT. No need for apps, websites or anything else.
  14. She doesn't even need to text! She could just use voice mode, so literally have a conversation with ChatGPT while it fetches info from my system and does changes when necessary.

So that's what's coming! Maybe that will be my next product! Let's see!
